Workday Project Manager

Must Haves • Workday Certification Required • PMP certification • Must secure and maintain a favorable background investigation • Must clear a pre-employment drug screen test • Experience in full life cycle of project management in Workday • Understanding of Workday application support, development, and maintenance Day to Day The Company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a large HCM & Payroll replacement project. The Sr. PM will work closely with Accenture to ensure the quality and success of the Workday implementation. They will use various tools to track the project progress, scope, budget, risks, and decisions and also update the project record in Service Now and submit the necessary approvals and change requests to the Project Review Board. They will follow the Workday methodology and coach the project team on its best practices and monitor the team performance and provide feedback to the Head of PMO. The senior Project Manager will need to proactively identify and manage project risks and escalate them to the steering committee and/or the Executive Sponsor leadership team when needed.
