Workday Reporting Contractor

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Financial Reporting Contractor to join our team and help build out comprehensive financial reports for various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday Financials, Prism Analytics, and report writing best practices. Responsibilities: Report Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement financial reports using Workday's standard reporting tools and Prism Analytics. Create clear and concise reports that meet the specific needs of each department. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and easy to understand. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports. Report Maintenance and Optimization: Maintain and update existing reports as needed to reflect changes in business processes or reporting requirements. Optimize report performance and efficiency to ensure timely delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve report issues promptly. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to access, understand, and utilize financial reports. Answer questions and resolve issues related to report usage. Qualifications: Proven experience in Workday Financials and Prism Analytics. Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and practices. Proficiency in report writing and data analysis techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1     Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Workday Financials or Prism Analytics.
