Workday Reporting with Prism

Job Title: Remote Workday Reporting and Prism Expert

Location: Remote (All terms okay)

We are looking for a skilled Workday Reporting and Prism Expert to join our remote team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workday Core HCM, with additional proficiency in modules such as Studio, BIRT, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Security (although not all are mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using Prism Analytics.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday reports.
• Offer guidance and best practices for Workday reporting to the team.
• Assist in configuring Workday security settings as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Workday Core HCM and proficiency in at least one additional module such as Studio, BIRT, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday reporting tools, particularly Prism Analytics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (All terms okay):

• Familiarity with Workday Security configuration.
• Experience in additional Workday modules beyond Core HCM.
