  • Create standard and matrix reports within Workday by understanding and triaging business needs internal/external to HR
  • Develop and maintain a variety of complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies
  • Design reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders in an easy to understand dashboard format
  • Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand new report/data requirements and ensures results meet the business needs
  • Work with HR COEs to review and assist in preparing business cases tied to new metrics and report development to support programs
  • Lead optimization of reporting performance and keep reports tuned
  • Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting complex user inquires/issues
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HR processes, learning methods and systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support
  • Create and maintain report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from Workday
  • Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies
  • Serve as customer representative when needed for any Workday Design Partner groups or Early Adopter programs
  • Actively participate in Workday Community by contributing to content, voting on Brainstorms, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5-8 Years of experince as Software Developer 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Closely related field is required
  • At least 3 years of Experince in Workday tools - Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT)
