Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, and other integration tools.
-Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on Workday integration solutions -Manage multiple Workday integration projects and adhere to tight deadlines
-Stay up to date on the latest technologies in the Workday integration space
-Person must have experience in implementing PICOF and PECI integration for third party payroll vendors
-Should be familiar with HCM processes and Payroll data flow & its processes.
-Should have worked with PECI integration implementation would be desired.
-Collaborate and communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and other consultants.
-Meeting with business/client teams (HR, Payroll & ADP) to discuss business requirements and objectives.
-Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Workday integration.
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the integration process.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
-Serve as the go-to resource for complex Workday payroll inquiries and troubleshooting.
Skills:
-5 Years of Workday Integration development experience.
-Proven experience in PECI Production support (Enhancements Work) in medium to large size projects and multi-regional teams.
-Excellent Skills in Studio, Core Connectors and EIB Integrations.
-Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services
-Excellent written, verbal communication skills to do technical documentation.
-Experience with collaboration and critical thinking exercises.
-Ability to identify, suggest and promote solutions to streamline integration development
