We are hiring for Workday Techno-Functional Consultant, who will specialize in a continuous process and systems improvement focused on workday supplier accounts, payment management, settlement run using the bank partner integration, and Procurement & Finance Operations organization, implementation of best in class Procure To Pay processes and systems and related Services.

 

 

Experience/Skills Required:
8-10 years experience with the implementation of best in class Procure To Pay processes and systems
Experience designing and developing supplier/employee settlement automation with integration with banks.
Knowledge of integrating workday with other systems.
Develop and own user stories and acceptance criteria that represents the requirements provided by the business
Experience with enterprise system implementations and solution architecture for global companies.
Must have the ability to make decisions and recommendations on technology strategies
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and lead and drive complex operational initiatives
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques required.
Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
