IcloudNexus is looking for a Workday/Data Analytics to Lead the development and delivery of Workday reports, dashboards and discovery boards

Skills

• 8+ years of experience within a People Analytics function.
• 5+ years of Workday experience, including advanced reporting and calculated fields.
• 2+ years of experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Workday Prism.
• Solid experience with regression analysis and other statistical modeling techniques.Hands-on experience with data warehouses, SQL, Alteryx, and Python, as well as the ability to query,
  join, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Experience owning complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with clients and addressing audiences at different levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Social Science, Psychology, or equivalent
  practical experience.or Master's preferred
