About The Team

The global Workforce Analytics team focuses on understanding strategic business initiatives and connecting them to talent opportunities. We use data to measure how well we attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce in the right place, at the right time.

What You Will Be Doing

Y our main objectives will be to perform data analysis as well as support various HR related queries, involving data provision, reporting, trends analysis and similar. You will also administrate some aspects (such as security and user set-up) of Visier people analytics platform. In addition to above, you will help to maintain data integrity across HR systems though validation and analysis.

To be successful, you will understand the data structure and nuances of various HR domains (such as recruiting and organizational design etc.) and become proficient in our people systems (e.g., Workday, Visier, Glint, etc.) in order to combine disparate data into optimized visualizations and reports.

Core Responsibilities

Create various ad-hoc HR data reports
Conduct analysis on HR subject areas
Support stakeholders in acquiring and interpreting HR data
Manage the user security process in Visier, including new user setup, quarterly re-certification and ongoing maintenance of existing user profiles
Research and resolve data integrity issues
Become an expert on what data is available across FIS and articulate needs for additional inputs. Make suggestions to improve the quality of how we collect and use information with the goal of increasing analytical literacy across teams. Proactively share knowledge with other members of the Workforce Analytics team
Promote and support self-service access of data through Power BI, Visier and other available applications. Stay abreast of new features and implement them into your workflow
Perform ad-hoc analyses and other duties as needed

What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years’ experience analyzing data in the HR domain
Thorough understand of the different data visualization chart types and how to use them effectively
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Proven ability to document requirements and translate raw data into informative visuals
Visier experience is preferred but not required
Power BI, Power Query are preferred but not required
