JOB DESCRIPTION

 

• Work experience in Work force software for more than 4 years with configuration specialist certification- PT102 and interface certification -PT103 and Report Specialist certifications
• Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language
• Experience in working with complex system architecture Involving SF and SAP.
• Through Experience and Expertise working in Complex integrations between WFS==SAP, SF==WFS.
• Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
• Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
• Good understanding on the workforce system flow .
• Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
• Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions,Roles,Premiums,TCP, Settings etc.
• Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage)
• Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export
• Good communication skills both Verbal and written.
• Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging
• Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
• Good Knowledge on SQL query and in Reporting ."
