Z/OS Mainframe Developer

Key Required Skills:

Z/OS Mainframe development, COBOL, REXX, CLIST, JCL, and SQL, relational databases, DB2 and non-relational mainframe storage technology, TDD, and BDD.

 Skills Requirements:

 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Solid experience with Z/OS Mainframe Development. Experienced Developer in COBOL, JCL, REXX, and similar utilities/languages. Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience 7+ years of experience with COBOL, JCL, REXX, analysis, design, and development Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. Strong knowledge of relational databases, dB2 and non-relational mainframe storage technology. Solid exposure with automated unit testing, TDD, BDD, and associated technologies. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer relations skills.
