Profile Summary:

Droisys is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for assessing how organizations are performing and helping them improve their processes and systems. They conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.

Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:

The Business Data Analyst you would interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.

• Analyst will gather functional requirements from marketing services.
• Define technical requirements for Data teams.
• Communicate with different stakeholders to gather information and document clearly in tools such as Atlassian Confluence.
• Understand business and data eco-system
• Create task and monitor to completion leveraging Project Management tools such as Jira
• The role will thus need a person who can understand the data and interpret it within a business setting.
• Develop and deploy dashboards to collect data-backed insights
• Interpret key business data sets
• Deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements
• Support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis
• Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making

Key Skill Required:

Proficient with: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence

Experience with:

• Database tools: Basic SQL skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Azure Ecosystem
• Data visualization: Some experience with data visualisation such as PowerBI is good to have.
• Requirements gathering and analysis – Elicitation of requirements from business stakeholders and working with technology team to define technical requirements.
• Communication and collaboration: Analysts often work cross-departmentally to influence decision makers and key stakeholders with their data-driven suggestions.
• Prioritization and organization: Analysts may face competing workflows, managing multiple projects at once, or analyzing multiple data sets simultaneously.
• Curiosity: Business data analysts often find success when they are interested in the issues they explore and allow their curiosity to guide them.
• Creativity: Since data isn’t always readily available, data analysts often have to get creative with the way they collect and interpret data.
• Self-motivation: In addition to collaborative moments, data analysts also spend time working independently with their data sets and research.
• Marketing KPI – Understanding of marketing analysis KPIs in a B2C context. Preferably in online marketing business
