Business Analyst

Experience: 4 -6 years

Location: Noida/Ahmedabad

Responsibilities as a: Business Analyst

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements and inform decision-making.
• Process Mapping: Document current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
• System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and applications, making recommendations for enhancements or replacements to align with business goals.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into business performance.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead or participate in UAT efforts to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate findings, insights, and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance overall business operations.
• Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks and issues related to projects or processes and recommend mitigation strategies.

Key Skill Required:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and mapping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.



Education: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
