Business Analyst

Job Description
As the Business Analyst for Operations Data Insights, you will play a crucial role in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to the operations of our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Product. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a comprehensive understanding of our operational processes and systems, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), develop reporting mechanisms, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the

ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

·       Gather, consolidate, and analyze operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

·       Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all operational data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document operational requirements, metrics, and KPIs.

·       Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate operational performance to management and stakeholders.

·       Conduct deep-dive analysis on operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions for process improvements.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes, optimizing efficiency and reducing redundancies.

·       Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational data analysis, recommending innovative approaches to enhance decision-making capabilities.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

·       Proven experience (3 years) as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.

·       Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

·       Solid understanding of operational processes and metrics within a SaaS environment.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for diverse stakeholders.

·       Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and security.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
