Job location- Udyog Vihar, guru-gram

Salary- up to 20K ctc.

Fresher and experienced both are welcome

Process- Customer Support Executive for MMT or travel process

Requirements:

Knowledge in Travel Customer care transactions/Ticketing Payment & Cancellation

Skill set Required :-

*Strong customer service skills.

*Good communication skills (Written & spoken).

*Knowledge of resolving queries by Remote support.

*Good listening & probing skills.

*Good convincing skills. Shifts:- For female- General Shifts 9:30 am 6:30 pm

For male- (24*7 Rotational)

Compensation: Commensurate to skills & experience; comparable to the best in the industry.

Salary upto -20000 CT
In hand- 18191 INR
