Full Stack Tech Lead

Job Summary:
 

The ideal candidate is a passionate individual with a strong foundation in full stack Javascript development along with deployment.
 

As a UI Architect, you will collaborate with our team of designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
 

The ideal candidate should be able to mentor junior developers in both frontend and backend javascript technologies.
 

Responsibilities:
 

- Make architectural decisions for apps and communicate them effectively to executives and stakeholders.
 

- Develop architectural solutions that optimize shareable components and facilitate independent development, testing, release, and deployment of multiple front-end apps.
 

- Create a scalable and open application platform to support third-party integrations and plugins.
 

- Define architecture policies and oversee their implementation across apps.
 

- Collaborate with backend and other functional teams to develop end-to-end architectural solutions.
 

- Review key architecture designs proposed by application teams.
 

- Provide technical evaluation and input to the product management team.
 

- Identify and address technical challenges and customer issues.
 

- Lead the application technology evolution by introducing new technologies to the team and overseeing their implementation.
 

Desired Skills:
 

- Demonstrated ability to build high-performance, reliable client-side applications and drive architectural evolution.
 

- Experience collaborating with backend teams on technical solutions and API design.
 

- Proven track record of developing UI-based web applications for cloud-scale deployments using JavaScript, React.js, AngularJS, Next.JS, Node.JS etc.
 

- Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to oversee the development of software UI projects using JavaScript technologies
