Interior Designer

Responsibilities :

*Will present and lead in client tours and design interaction

* Meet with company sales representatives and clients to gather project requirements,

establish project timeline, and develop project budget

*Reviews RFP and Bid specifications

*Develop creative design concepts and space plans that fulfill client requirements

* Gather dimensions of project area and prepares accurate base drawings as needed

*Generate furniture plans with intelligent graphics on AutoCAD and/or Configura including

3D’s and elevations as required

*Generate accurate furniture specifications using Configura programs

*Develop color schemes with material and finish selections within schedule and budget

requirements

* Prepare installation plans as requested

* Lead mentoring and coaching of junior and interior designers

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with differing scope and products

* Participate as an organization leader related to projects, * Hosts design charrettes

* Will lead showroom tours

* Participate in and prepare furniture inventories as needed
