Job Description:

As a Presales Specialist for Document360, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product through comprehensive understanding and effective demonstration to potential partners and their prospects. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our partners, understanding their needs, and delivering tailor-fit demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the value and capabilities of Document360.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of Document360, including its features, functionalities, and benefits, to effectively articulate its value proposition to partners and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to understand their specific requirements and tailor product demonstrations and POCs accordingly.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and POC sessions to showcase Document360's capabilities and address partner and prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide feedback from partners and prospects, contributing to product enhancements and the development of sales collateral.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position Document360 as a leading solution in the documentation management space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all things related to Document360.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role.
  • Exceptional understanding of SaaS products and their sales processes, with a track record of success in delivering product demonstrations and POCs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with partners and prospects.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
