Description

5 to 8 years supporting as a Senior Developer PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM) 9.1, 9.2 versions in large government or private sector  IT organizations in USA.

1. Good knowledge of Peoplesoft  9.2 Base Benefits, Benefit Administration,eBenefits, excellent communication skills.

2 Acts as the primary technical liaison for production issue resolution to the Business Support and Client Services teams

3. Ability to develop technical solutions/rules/customizations by following functional specifications.

4. Ability to present the technical solution to the project manager and the team members.

5. Good knowledge of Oracle databases latest versions and SQL.

6. Ability to develop bulk validation SQL scripts for the implemented technical solutions.

7. Good knowledge of Peopletools, Fluid Pages, Intergation Broker,Application Engine, SQR, XML Publisher.

8. Excellent customer service skills
