Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with sales and customers to understand their specific needs and requirements for industrial applications.
  • Design and develop custom solutions, considering factors such as torque, speed, load capacity, efficiency, and environmental conditions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to ensure product performance and reliability, utilizing relevant engineering principles and industry standards.
  • Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of product designs into the production process.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to identify and incorporate new technologies and innovations into product designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in power transmission systems.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on product selection and application.
  • Participate in product development meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.

     

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing solutions for industrial applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of power transmission systems, including gearboxes, motors, couplings, belts, and chains.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed calculations and analysis.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ANSI, ISO) related to power transmission.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
