Job Description

Requirements:
 

12+ years of experience programming on the Salesforce platform

8+ years of experience in salesforce development with Apex, Lightning components, SOQL  and Salesforce APIs

Have a strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and overall platform limitations.

Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SOQL and SOSL queries.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
   
Strong understanding of design patterns, SFDX, Github development processes.

Develop and design intuitive reusable Lightning web components that can provide the best user experiences within applications.

Understand Batch Jobs, Interfaces, synch/async limitations and pros and cons of each.

Experience configuring Salesforce using workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, Formula Fields

Extensive Flow design experience including the understanding of apex classes and Apex triggers.

Analyze complex use-cases of current systems and processes to help teams identify the best fit approach that aligns to overall enterprise goals.

Create POCs and Modify Existing applications for hotfixes, enhancements, and fine tuning.

Understanding of algorithmic techniques, design patterns and best practices.

Strong hands-on knowledge in writing highly optimized and bulkified Apex trigger and Classes

Strong team player, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills are required.

Experience in field level security along with page layouts in Lightning to manage access to certain fields.

Provide Salesforce maintenance and support for deployments, refreshes, release evaluation, data management, etc.

Development experience single page Applications using Lightning Homepage, Lightning record page, lightning Application page with lightning app builder
