What you will be doing:

  • Working within a small high performing team
  • Delivering end to end high volume recruitment in the industrial sector
  • Developing and executing best practice sourcing and attraction recruitment processes
  • Providing expertise, market and industry knowledge to your hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Delivering with a responsive and proactive service approach ensuring an engaging experience to candidates, hiring managers and key client stakeholders
  • Contributing to talent acquisition projects and initiatives with a focus on adding greater value and providing exceptional service delivery

 

Who you are:

  • An experienced volume recruiter within the industrial sector, or similar industry
  • Strong candidate management focus, skilled in blue collar recruitment
  • A strong and responsive communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Process oriented with an ability to work to tight deadlines within an ever-changing, fast paced environment
  • You may be looking to move away from agency into a client-side team or you may already be client side and seeking a new challenge in a business partnering role within a supportive, collaborative and high performing team, delivering a best-in-class solution
