Provide professional, timely and proactive coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team across recruitment, onboarding and candidate experience
Provide accurate and timely information to managers and employees by responding to queries
Provide administration and coordination support across various TA projects and processes
A key focus will be on delivering strong customer service and an engaging experience to both candidates, the TA team, GSK HRBP’s and key client stakeholders
Organising interviews, background checks, psychometric assessments and new starter paper work
Liaising with a range of stakeholders to assist with the recruitment process, reporting and identifying and delivering process improvement initiatives
You will be someone who can bring:
An experienced TA administrator with experience in either recruitment and/or generalist HR
A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills
High level of compliance and accuracy, system administration and support skills
Proven track record in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Efficient, process oriented and excellent organisational skills
Highly capable when working with Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
