What you will be doing:

 

  • Provide professional, timely and proactive coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team across recruitment, onboarding and candidate experience
  • Provide accurate and timely information to managers and employees by responding to queries
  • Provide administration and coordination support across various TA projects and processes
  • A key focus will be on delivering strong customer service and an engaging experience to both candidates, the TA team, GSK HRBP’s and key client stakeholders
  • Organising interviews, background checks, psychometric assessments and new starter paper work
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders to assist with the recruitment process, reporting and identifying and delivering process improvement initiatives

     

You will be someone who can bring:

 

  • An experienced TA administrator with experience in either recruitment and/or generalist HR
  • A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills
  • High level of compliance and accuracy, system administration and support skills
  • Proven track record in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Efficient, process oriented and excellent organisational skills
  • Highly capable when working with Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
