Technical Writer - Expert

Requirements

• 84 months experience with eletronic publishing tools such as Framemaker, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro.
• 60 months of experience developing systems documentation - user manuals, installation guides, computer operations and program maintenance manuals, backup, recovery, and restart procedures, etc. for a systems development project in a complex human services (Federal, state or Local Government) delivery system.            
• 36 months experience creating and managing Microsoft Word templates using Word's form fields and bookmarking features to pre-populate variable data and establish locked or over-writeable fields within the templates in direct conjunction with a Java Application.            
• Bachelor's Degree
